This Privacy Policy explains how GoodWorks Network LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("GoodWorks Network", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information on goodworksnetwork.com, including Partner sites (goodworksnetwork.com/partner-id) and the Partner dashboard.

1. Information we collect

When you request information through a form on our site or a Partner's site, we collect your name, organization, organization type, role, email address, phone number (optional), country, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and which site you used.

When you become a Partner, we collect your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it), Partner ID, display name, confirmation that you are at least 18, the date you accepted our Terms, and billing details. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Automatically, we collect:

• a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of our forms;
• the Partner ID of the site you arrived through, remembered in your browser for 30 days (see section 5);
• a bot check from Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a form.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your request for information.
• To deliver leads to the Partner whose site you used, and to GoodWorks Network.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request.
• To run Partner accounts, subscriptions, and billing.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

Partners. If you submit a request on a Partner's site while that Partner's subscription is active, your request is shared with that Partner. Partners are independent subscribers, not GoodWorks Network employees. Under our Terms, Partners may use your information only to follow up with you about the GoodWorks Network™ program and must honor requests to stop contacting you or to delete your information.

GoodWorks Network receives every request, including those submitted on Partner sites.

Service providers that process information for us:

• Supabase (database, authentication, and server functions)
• Stripe (payments and billing)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Cloudflare (Turnstile bot checks)
• GitHub (website hosting)

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of visitors, Partners, or GoodWorks Network.

4. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at support@goodworksnetwork.com.
• If a Partner contacted you, you can also ask that Partner directly. We will pass deletion and opt-out requests to the relevant Partner.
• Partners can update their details in their dashboard and can delete their account there. Deleting an account permanently deletes that Partner's copy of their leads.
• Depending on where you live, including Canada under PIPEDA and certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights. We will respond to requests as those laws require.

5. Referral memory in your browser

When you visit a Partner's site, your browser stores that Partner's ID for 30 days (using your browser's local storage), so that if you come back to goodworksnetwork.com and request information, the right Partner receives it. If you later visit a different Partner's site, that Partner replaces the first. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. How long we keep information

• Requests for information: until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to follow up with you.
• Partner account information: while the account exists; billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Scrambled IP addresses used for rate limiting: up to one day.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each Partner's leads private to that Partner, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When you use our site from Canada, your information may be processed outside Canada.

9. Children

Our site is not directed at children. Partners must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify Partners by email or in their dashboard of material changes.
